I have nothing more to offer than the sympathies and concerns of the helpless and empty-handed to the devastated people of Japan. It’s such a troubling state of mind, to only know how such a thing could happen, but have no means of understanding why.
We are constantly reminded of the dangers the earth is capable of brining down upon us, though even in our realization of it, what more can we do other than watch it unleash itself and then extend the helping hand to assist those who were so brutally beaten down in its path?
May every helping hand, from physical to emotional, economical to existential, political to spiritual, find its way to Japan and it’s people. A prayer from any religion, aid from any ally, a tear from any eye.
