You may have noticed on the friendly sidebar to the right one of the performances listed mentions “Strangers and Liars performing”. For those of you saying “what might that be?” inquisitively, feel free to jump back a few posts, or hell, I’ll just tell you now, updating those of you already in the know!

Strangers and Liars is a now completed band (we had some difficultly in finding a drummer in the beginning) that will be making some debut performances this month. The group consists of:
Myself as primary songwriter, lead singer and rhythm guitarist
Justin Anderson on lead guitar and vocals (also bringing some songs to the table)
Russ Straub on bass
And our exciting newest addition, Tom Hitt on drums, vocals, and hopefully contributing some songs of his as well (the man is a hell of a songwriter)! Tom answered the call as we searched for the drummer who could tie it all together, turning us into a true force to be reckoned with.

Strangers and Liars will be making their first scheduled appearance as part of the upcoming semi-annual event Art’s N Drafts, but if you don’t want to wait till then, we do plan on making a brief appearance at the Crooked i’s open mic this Sunday (the 18th).

Eyes forward, ladies and gentlemen. You won’t want to miss this.
